About Fanny
I'm Fanny Pittack — a Leadership Coach and interim Change Manager based in Hamburg. I work with leaders who are navigating transformation, stepping into new roles, or simply looking for a trusted thinking partner.
My work is built on honesty. I don't offer easy answers, but I will always offer honest ones. My clients tell me they appreciate that I'm both structured and deeply human — that I hold the space for real reflection while keeping things moving.
My background is being a Strategic People Leader with 15+ years of experience scaling organisations from dynamic start-ups like txtr to global giants like Axel Springer SE, eBay and Adevinta. I have a proven track record of managing budgets in the 8-figure range and leading international teams through complex Private Equity transformations. My expertise lies in designing future-ready operating models and fostering high-performance cultures at the intersection of Tech, Product and Agility. I bridge industry practice with academic theory as a Lecturer at Hochschule Worms.
